Alaska Bio Labs does not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
No Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds and to ensure the integrity, safety, and purity of every product shipped, we maintain a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives visibly damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review each case individually and work with you to make it right.
Order Accuracy
Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. Confirm all compounds, quantities, and shipping details are correct. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
